In the last month I have been chipping away at my new collection of artworks. I spent some time putting paper works from earlier this year up on my new studio wall as reference and inspiration (see video below).
I am just obsessed with this colour palette at the moment and I am loving the vibrancy that is happening in these works.
I work in layers on these abstract pieces, so I have been working at getting the base layer of ink down on a range of pieces. There has been lots of experimenting going on and I am just enjoying the process rather than focusing on the end result.
Many of the ‘canvases’ that I am using are repurposed from something else or old artworks, or they have been found in second hand shops.
